Secretary
The secretary is responsible for keeping accurate meeting minutes and club records. The secretary is the fifth-ranking officer on the executive team. In general, the secretary does the following:

Keep meeting minutes
Every meeting, minutes are taken by the club secretary. At executive council meetings, the secretary records discussions and resolutions. The secretary ensures that these minutes are available to members who request them.

Correspond with Toastmasters International
After club elections, the secretary is responsible for updating the club’s records with Toastmasters International. In the event that the club bylaws are amended, the secretary files the amended bylaws with Toastmasters International.
