Greet members and guests
As members and guests arrive to the club meeting, the sergeant at arms greets them, helps them find their nametag, and locates a seat for them.

Maintains club supplies & count votes
The sergeant at arms keeps inventory of club ribbons, evaluation forms, and awards. When more supplies are needed, the sergeant at arms places an order with Toastmasters International. During the meeting, the sergeant at arms serves as the ballot counter.
