Vice President Public Relations (VPPR)
The vice president of public relations is responsible for ensuring that the club is promoted in the community. The VPPR is the fourth-ranking officer on the executive team and presides over meetings in the absence of the president, VPE, and VPM. In general, the VPPR does the following:
Prepare a club newsletter
As part of establishing a sense of community within the club, the VPPR produces and distributes a monthly club newsletter to the club.
Announce upcoming events
The VPPR is responsible for coordinating and announcing special club events within the club or in the greater Toastmasters community.
Greet and welcome guests
At club meetings, the VPPR serves as a back-up to the VPM by welcoming guests and answering questions about the club and organization.
