Videographer

Description
The Videographer is responsible for recording each speaker’s speech, and its corresponding evaluation.

Preparation
Before the meeting begins, the videographer must set up the video equipment and ask each speaker if s/he would like his/her speech taped. Speakers must bring their own SD card with a minimum of 2GB of free space.

During the Meeting
The videographer records each speaker who requested to taped. During the recording, use the headphones to ensure that the audio track is audible. When each speech is evaluated, the videographer must record the corresponding evaluation on the same tape used to record the speech. There is little time between each speech evaluation so be sure to swap tapes quickly.
