This meeting was mostly about food, beverages, and conversation. All 3 were had in abundance.

Club President James did have a short program after dinner, with 3 agenda items:

• Welcome to all, and thanks for a very good Club year! We did complete the year as a President’s Distinguished Club, now 10 of the last 11 years (and the year we were “only” Select Distinguished was due to a paperwork/Web server problem, in that we were unable to get the appropriate documentation submitted as timely as we should have, thus missing the DCP point needed to complete President’s Distinguished).
• James thanked each of the Officers individually for their contributions and leadership:

  • VPM – Bill D
  • Treasurer – John A
  • Secretary – Richard R
  • Immediate Past President – Melissa A
  • Finally, the “Danke Schoen” award is given to the non-officer who made the biggest contribution to the Club’s overall success during the year. The award is voted by the Club’s Officers, and this year’s recipient was Michelle W.

Installation of next year’s Officers will be done at the next regular meeting, June 25^th
